Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Semi Skilled Operator to join our high-precision manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for manually removing lugs and burrs from thin-gauge sheet metal components to meet strict quality and close-tolerance specifications.

Key Responsibilities
De-lug and deburr metal components using hand tools, files, orbital sanders, and fly presses.
Work predominantly with thin-gauge aluminium (~90% of workload) requiring careful handling to preserve finish and integrity.
Perform close-tolerance, high-quality finishing work in accordance with engineering drawings and written work instructions.
Strictly adhere to site safety protocols and actively participate in maintaining established 5S workplace organisation standards.Key Requirements & Skills
Proven track record in manual deburring and metal finishing within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and process sheets.
Hands-on experience operating fly presses, pneumatic/orbital sanders, hand files, and manual finishing tools.
Exceptional attention to detail with experience working to tight tolerances and high aesthetic/functional standards.
