Assembly Operative – NN4, Northampton
Pay: £12.75–£13.50 per hour, depending on relevant experience
Aspired Talent is recruiting an Assembly Operative for a hands-on role assembling boxes in NN4, Northampton. The work is physically demanding and involves using hammers, mallets and sledgehammers for long periods throughout the day.
Your duties will include:
- Assembling boxes to the required standard
- Using hand tools safely and effectively
- Checking finished work for quality
- Following instructions and keeping your work area tidy
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is comfortable with repetitive, physical work
- Has experience using hand tools
- Works accurately and reliably as part of a team
Experience in assembly or construction is particularly relevant and could place you towards the higher end of the pay range.
