Our client, a renowned industry leader in creating innovative climate solutions is looking for a skilled Technical Deployer to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to use your technical HVAC knowledge in a pivotal planning and support role, shaping customer service delivery across the country. You will be central to our client's UK operations, proactively planning and allocating technicians to customer sites for a variety of work. Your technical expertise will ensure the right skills are deployed for every job, contributing directly to the company's success and high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Plan and allocate technicians to customer sites UK-wide.

Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians.

Manage a high volume of project and service work orders.

Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.

Attend customer sites to provide technical support or work.

Collaborate with sales, hire, and operations teams.

Diagnose system problems during installation and servicing.

Generate reports and analyse customer interaction data.
Who They’re Looking For:

Proven technical knowledge in HVAC, electrical or mechanical.

Experience in a technician, controls or sales engineer role.

Strong understanding of customer service principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Right to work in the UK – essential.

Full UK driving licence – desirable.

F-gas certification is an advantage.
