Parts Advisor
Location: Barking
Salary: Basic Salary DOE + Monthly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday
Holt Recruitment are currently working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor to join their busy depot in Barking.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in plant, construction or agricultural machinery parts who is confident dealing with customers, suppliers and engineers.
The Role:
Handling parts enquiries and customer orders via phone, email and trade counter
Ordering parts, attachments and equipment for workshop and field engineers
Identifying parts using manufacturer systems and catalogues
Maintaining stock levels and accurate parts administration
Supporting sales and developing customer relationships
Arranging parts deliveries to customers when required
Working closely with workshop and service teams
Forklift operation and general stores dutiesAbout You:
Minimum 2 years' Parts Advisor experience
Ideally experienced within plant, agricultural, construction or automotive sectors
Good knowledge of parts identification and ordering
Strong customer service and communication skills
Computer literate with good administration skills
Full clean UK driving licence
Forklift licence desirable
Reliable, organised and able to work in a busy environmentInterested?
