The ROLE:
Due to progressive growth, an opportunity has become available for a Technical Sales Administrator to join our team.
In this strategically important and challenging role you will be required to:
Provide effective and timely day to day administrative support to the existing sales team
Answering the telephone and directing calls, dealing with customer enquiries
Processing quotes for both new and existing customers whilst maintaining customer relations
Have good product knowledge and be confident enough to discuss the benefits and features of our products
Work collaboratively with other internal teams and customers to deliver the best solution for the business
The PERSON
The successful candidate will already understand the processes involved in high-quality, high-volume manufacturing.

Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic
Ability to be creative, logical, and practical with a keen interest in technology
Must be smart and well presented
You will be naturally hard-working results focused, and enthusiastic.
Proficient with MS Office and have a good general telephone and computer skills
Must be flexible in approach, willing take on other tasks and be responsive to changing demands and situations
