This is not an entry-level position, and candidates without relevant fabric-cutting experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Operating fabric cutting machinery safely and efficiently

Accurately cutting different types of fabric according to patterns, measurements and production requirements

Preparing and laying fabric ready for cutting

Following cutting specifications and ensuring accuracy

Checking materials for defects before cutting

Ensuring cut pieces are correctly organised and prepared for the next stage of production

Maintaining a clean and organised working area

Following all company health and safety procedures

Meeting production targets while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality
Requirements

Previous experience as a Fabric Cutter or Fabric Cutting Machine Operator is essential

Experience operating fabric-cutting machinery

Good understanding of fabric cutting, patterns and measurements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Good reliability and timekeeping

Ability to follow instructions and production specifications
