Contracts & Finance Administrator
Location: Eurolink, Sittingbourne
Salary: £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
A growing fire and life safety contractor is looking to recruit a Contracts & Finance Administrator to join their friendly, close-knit team based on Eurolink.
This is a varied role offering exposure across finance, contract administration, client support, and operations. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of planned maintenance contracts for a range of commercial clients.
This position would suit someone who enjoys organisation, building relationships, and taking ownership of important administrative processes within a busy business.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and processing approximately 25 invoices per week
- Extracting job information from BigChange and transferring data into Xero
- Monitoring payments and proactively chasing outstanding invoices
- Loading and maintaining new contracts within the CRM system
- Supporting account managers with contract administration
- Managing client documentation and ensuring records remain accurate and up to date
- Providing general operational and administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within administration, finance support, contracts administration, service coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using business systems and learning new software
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Xero or CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential
