We are currently recruiting for Luxury Retail Assistants to support a premium client in a very busy, fast-paced environment.
This is a customer-facing role suited to candidates with excellent customer service skills who are confident working under pressure and able to maintain a professional and polished approach throughout a busy day.
Key Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service in a high-end environment

Welcoming and assisting customers throughout their visit

Taking and processing customer orders

Supporting busy food and retail counters

Maintaining a professional and well-presented environment

Working efficiently during peak periods and managing queues

Supporting colleagues across different areas when required

Ensuring customers receive a consistently high standard of service
About You
-
Previous experience in high-end retail, hospitality, premium customer service or a similar environment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Confident working in a very busy and fast-paced environment

Professional, polished and well presented

Able to remain calm and friendly under pressure

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working long shifts, typically 9am–9pm

Flexible and available for temporary assignments

A strong team player with a positive attitude
