Are you someone who refuses to let critical tasks stall? Do you enjoy working with multiple teams to make things happen and hitting tangible results every day? We are looking for proactive Manufacturing Expediters to support a critical recovery programme within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Managing 25-30 critical Manufacturing Orders.
- Tracking orders through every stage of production.
- Working closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, Special Processes and Suppliers.
- Removing delays, bottlenecks and waiting time.
- Escalating issues and driving rapid resolution.
- Monitoring recovery plans and ensuring commitments are achieved.
- Producing daily status reports and recovery metrics.
- Supporting weekly recovery reviews.
Requirements:
You don't need to be a manager, but you do need to be someone who gets things done. We're looking for someone who:

- Is highly organised and action-oriented.
- Enjoys building relationships across departments.
- Can influence others to complete actions without direct authority.
- Is comfortable challenging delays and holding people accountable.
- Has strong project coordination or project management skills.
- Is delivery-focused and motivated by achieving results.
- Thrives in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Has experience using ERP systems such as SAP, ShopVue or similar.
