We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Clearance Driver Labourer to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll play an important part in preparing properties for new residents and supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services. What You'll Be Doing
As a Clearance Driver Labourer, you'll operate a clearance vehicle and carry out a range of duties across our properties, including property clearances, cleaning, redecoration support, and assisting with two-person tasks. You'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, removing items from void properties, transporting waste to designated disposal sites, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. You'll also use electronic devices to accurately record work completed, purchase materials when required, and provide excellent service to colleagues and stakeholders while following safeguarding, health and safety, and road risk procedures at all times.
What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a similar labouring, clearance, or property-related role and hold a full UK driving licence. Experience within social housing, void properties, or repairs and maintenance environments would be advantageous. You'll be physically capable of carrying out manual work, including the frequent use of hand tools, working at height, on uneven ground, and in confined spaces when required. We're looking for someone who is dependable, safety-conscious, well organised, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

This is a full time permanent position, working on site 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
