In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary range of £26,500 to £29,500 per annum (dependent on experience) with these great additional benefits:

Location & Working Pattern: This is an office-based role located in Bury St Edmunds
Contract: Permanent
Weekly working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm & Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every individual feels supported, engaged and motivated throughout their journey.
- Manage a caseload of customers, using tailored strategies to help them overcome barriers and progress into sustainable employment.
- Work towards and exceed performance targets (KPIs), maintaining a strong focus on outcomes and results.
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand each customer’s circumstances, goals and ambitions, shaping personalised support plans.
- Create and deliver tailored action plans, providing practical job search, interview preparation and employment support.
- Build strong employer and stakeholder relationships, using local labour market knowledge to source opportunities and match customers to the right roles.
- Actively participate in, and promote Prevent and the safeguarding of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
