Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in:
Processing supplier invoices and customer account payments with precision
Completing daily cash-up procedures to maintain financial accuracy
Handling general system administration tasks to support various functions
Running daily and periodic reports to provide insights and data to the team
Filing and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and efficiency
Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required to foster collaborationAbout You:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail that ensures tasks are completed to a high standard
The ability to work independently while managing your own workload effectively
A good level of computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel being beneficial (but not essential).
Previous administrative experience is preferred, but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued! What Our Client Offers:
