Production Packers
£31,000 to £36,000 plus benefits
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive production packer to join a fast-paced production environment based in St. Neots. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
You’ll be part of a well-established manufacturing operation producing high-quality products for a respected and growing business. Main Responsibilities for the Production Packer:

Feed, pack, strip, inspect, and sort products on the production line

Carry out routine quality checks and promptly report any concerns

Support changeover activities and maintain high 5S housekeeping standards

Monitor for abnormal running conditions and act according to procedures

Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Affix product identification labels in a quality-controlled manner
Skills/Experience required for the Production Packer:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role preferred, but not essential

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team

Flexible approach to overtime when required

Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude
Working Hours for the Production Packer:
- Perm Days 4 on 4 off or Perm Nights 4 on 4 off
