CCL Global are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major UK public sector organisation on a long-term Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation programme.
This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst with strong IAM / IGA experience to support the analysis and improvement of identity and access processes across a large organisation.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse existing AS-IS IAM processes, systems and pain points, including current identity management platforms.

Design and document TO-BE processes covering identity governance, lifecycle management and access control.

Gather, analyse and prioritise complex business, security and technical requirements.

Develop clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria for the new IAM solution.

Work closely with business users, security specialists and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs.

Support role, access profile and identity data modelling to improve access governance.

Contribute to business case development, including benefits, process improvements and impact assessments.
About You
We're looking for someone with:

Substantial Business Analysis experience across multiple IAM projects.

Experience working on large-scale IGA programmes, ideally involving multiple customers or business areas.

Strong requirements elicitation and analysis experience.

Excellent business process mapping and optimisation skills.

Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation experience.

Good understanding of IAM, identity governance, lifecycle management, access controls and Zero Trust principles.

Experience with data and role modelling within an IAM environment.

The ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation and deliverables.
