The role as Housing Income Officer will involve a hybrid option of work
As a Housing Income Officer your role will involve:

Dealing with extensive Income challenges which also includes arrears, collection all the way up to court

Tenancy Sustainment

Safeguarding, Domestic Abuse and Community Safety

Environmental issues ie fly tipping, garden issues
Due to the nature of this role interested candidates must have extensive Income/Arrears/Rents experience
You must have access to a car
