Packing Operative – Weekend Shift
THH Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business, currently seeking Packing Operatives to join their busy Packing & Collating Department.
Day Shifts - 6am-4pm
We have vacancies available on the sporadic weekend shift, which runs Saturday, Sunday 6:00am to 4:00pm. -Paid at £12.71ph
Night shift - 10pm-6am (sometimes 6pm-6am)
There is also the option to work Friday and Saturday Night only for those looking for fewer days. - paid at £13.50ph

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pack, collate, and finish products following detailed job instructions.

Check printed materials for defects (such as smears or errors) and promptly report any issues to your Supervisor.

Complete all documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.

Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).

Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit, ensuring customer specifications are met.

Work efficiently to achieve daily production targets.
What We’re Looking For

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Previous packing or fulfilment experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well under pressure.

Flexible and willing to support different tasks as needed.

Comfortable working to deadlines.

Immediate availability is essential.
