We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Parts Advisor to join a reputable commercial dealership in Avonmouth. Benefits for the successful Parts Advisor:
Salary up to £33,575 per annum, negotiable based on experience
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with alternating shifts (7:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm)
One in three Saturdays, 8:00am-1:00pm, paid as overtime
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 after 5 years and 27 after 10 years

Dealing with trade and retail customer enquiries regarding vehicle parts
Accurately identifying parts, processing orders, and ensuring timely dispatch
Providing high-quality customer service face-to-face, via email, and over the phone
Carrying out parts stock control and managing inventory
Supplying parts to Vehicle Technicians within the workshop
Working closely with the Parts Manager and supporting the smooth operation of the Parts DepartmentRequirements of the Parts Advisor:
Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Parts Advisor within a franchise-approved automotive dealership
Knowledge of vehicle parts, ideally including commercial vehicles (preferred but not essential)
IT literate, with experience working with electronic parts catalogue systems
Holding a UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner
