Carpenter – Social Housing

Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the KT postcode areas.
Duties:
-
Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

First and second-fix carpentry
-
Door repairs and replacements
-
Skirting, architraves and general joinery
-
Kitchen and bathroom repairs
-
Making good following repairs
-
Working in occupied and void properties
-
Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Requirements:

Experienced Carpenter
-
NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification preferred

Social housing/property maintenance experience
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Good customer service skills
-
Able to work independently
