Multi Trader – Social Housing
Location: croydon
Rate: £22 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team in croydon.
The Role:

Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties

Carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting and general making-good works

Diagnosing and completing repairs to a high standard

Working to agreed timescales and housing KPIs
-
Completing job sheets and reporting works accurately

Providing a professional and respectful service to residents
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Multi Trader

NVQ Level 2 in a relevant core trade – essential

Strong skills across at least two trades
-
Social housing or property maintenance experience
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Good customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage a daily workload
