Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Line operative on behalf of our client in Halstead, on a temporary to perm basis.
The successful candidate will be working within a busy production environment, carrying out general production line and food handling duties. This is a non-heavy lifting role, making it suitable for candidates who are comfortable working at a steady pace and following food hygiene and quality control procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Working on a busy production line

Handling consumable food products
-
Carrying out general food handling duties
-
Quality checking products throughout the production process
-
Ensuring products meet the required quality standards

Packing and preparing products ready for dispatch

Keeping the production and work areas clean and tidy

Following health, safety and food hygiene procedures

Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

Completing any other general production duties as required
Experience:
-
Previous production, warehouse, food production or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential

Good attention to detail

Able to work at a consistent pace

Reliable and punctual

Comfortable working within a production line environment

Good understanding of workplace health and safety

Food handling experience would be beneficial
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6am until 2pm.
