Overview
A growing building services and sustainability consultancy is looking for a Sustainability Consultant with a strong BREEAM background to join their Wolverhampton team.
This role would suit someone with 3+ years' BREEAM consultancy experience who can manage assessments independently and is keen to develop across energy modelling, LCA, embodied carbon and wider sustainability services.

The Role
You'll lead BREEAM assessments from feasibility through to certification, working closely with clients and design teams. Responsibilities will include:
Managing BREEAM assessments and BRE submissions
Advising design teams on BREEAM requirements
Coordinating evidence and certification
Leading client/design team workshops
Supporting wider sustainability strategiesThere will also be opportunities to broaden your experience into energy modelling, LCA, embodied carbon and ESG advisory as the consultancy continues to grow.
