Major Recruitment is currently recruiting a Recruitment Consultant for their office in Telford.
This role is office based and full time.
Salary – dependent on experience
Commission
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
25 days + bank holiday – increases with service

Responsibilities:-

Manage a full recruitment desk

Contacting potential clients by phone and email and identifying opportunities

Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Managing the recruitment process from taking the vacancy, sourcing candidates through to placement

Visiting Clients
Skills and experience:

Previous recruitment experience
-
Business development experience
-
Excellent customer service experience
-
Confident when speaking to Clients or Candidates
-
Full driving licence
