Our client, a prominent financial institution, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior executive stakeholder. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record of supporting executives at the Director, VP, or ideally, C-Suite level.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant support to a senior executive stakeholder.
Manage a complex and demanding diary in alignment with pre-defined priorities and business requirements.
Act as a gatekeeper, making informed decisions on meeting requests and ensuring the executive's time is effectively managed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
Coordinate and chase meeting papers, agendas, and briefing materials to ensure the executive is fully prepared for engagements.
Arrange travel, tickets, and handle other ad hoc administrative requirements.
Monitor priorities and proactively identify and escalate potential issues to the wider team.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adherence to security protocols.
Ensure deadlines are met through effective organisation and time management.Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar support role.
Significant experience supporting senior executives, ideally at C-Suite level.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, prioritise, and make decisions where appropriate.
Highly organised with exceptional diary and time management abilities.
Strong awareness of confidentiality, discretion, and information security requirements.
Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior internal and external stakeholders.Desirable Experience:
Previous experience within banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
Experience supporting Board-level, Executive Committee, or C-Suite stakeholders is highly desirable.This full-time position requires the successful candidate to work 3 days per week in the London office during standard office hours. Minimal annual leave is required during the contract period.
