Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role requires a strong focus on quality control, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols. The Packer will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods within the warehouse environment.
Shift work; 4 days on 4 days off. Hours are 09:00 to 8pm. (Days will also include weekends)
Duties

Efficiently pick and pack products according to order specifications.

Handle materials with care, ensuring proper loading and unloading of goods.

Utilise a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and shipments.

Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.

Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all packing materials are stocked and readily available.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatch.

Collaborate with team members to achieve daily packing targets and improve overall efficiency.
Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in picking and packing roles.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems is advantageous for efficient inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail is essential for quality control processes.
