About the Role
We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support individuals living in their own homes across Staines, Byfleet and Egham.

Key Responsibilities
Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
Supporting clients with medication in accordance with their care plans
Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking
Supporting mobility and the safe use of mobility equipment
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with light household duties
Supporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activities
Accurately completing care records and daily notes
Reporting any concerns or changes in a client's health or wellbeing
Promoting each client's dignity, independence, choice and privacy
Following safeguarding, health and safety, and infection-control procedures Requirements
Previous care experience is desirable, although full training may be provided
A caring, patient and respectful approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability and the ability to work independently
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required due to the community-based nature of the role
Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check and relevant employment checks
