We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.
He or she will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in a home care settings. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.

Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.

Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.

Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Requirements

Must be resident within Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield area in West Yorkshire or its environ.

Previous experience in home care or a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.

Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.

A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients when necessary.
