Warehouse Stock Controller – Night Shift
Anne Corder Recruitment is recruiting for a Warehouse Stock Controller to join an established business on a permanent night shift.
This is a hands-on warehouse role where you’ll take responsibility for maintaining accurate stock records, carrying out regular inventory checks and ensuring stock information is correctly recorded on the system.
The role will include:
Carrying out daily stock counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
Investigating and reconciling stock discrepancies
Updating stock information on the warehouse/inventory system
Carrying out basic checks on stock quality
Working closely with the wider warehouse team to maintain accurate stock levels
Supporting with picking and general warehouse duties when required
Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised working environment
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience within stock control, inventory, warehouse administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organisational skills
Confident using computerised systems
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or inventory management software would be advantageous
A reliable, hands-on approach and willingness to support the wider warehouse operation
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
This would suit someone with previous warehouse experience who particularly enjoys the stock, inventory and accuracy side of the operation and is comfortable working permanent night shifts.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
