This is a proper Service Advisor position where you’ll be trusted to look after the customer journey from booking through to collection.
You’ll work closely with the Workshop Manager and wider technical team, keeping customers informed, preparing estimates, obtaining authorisation, organising parts and making sure the workshop keeps moving.
This is not a huge dealer group where you disappear into the system.
It’s a long-established independent where customers come back because they trust the people looking after them - and they’re looking for somebody who wants to become part of that for the long term.
