This Deputy SENCO role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key part in supporting effective SEND provision across the school.
The Role - Deputy SENCO
As Deputy SENCO, you will work closely with the SENCO to coordinate and develop support for students with additional needs. The successful Deputy SENCO will contribute to EHCP/EHCNA processes, annual reviews, referrals, Personal Learning Plans, parental communication and targeted interventions.
The Deputy SENCO will also help ensure students receive appropriate support and that effective communication is maintained between staff, families and external professionals.
