Job Overview:
We are seeking a physically fit and motivated individual to work in our Moulding Department, responsible for producing moulded seat cushions and pillows.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires strength, stamina, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate moulding machines to produce seat cushions and pillows.

Monitor and control the moulding process to ensure product quality and consistency.

Load raw materials into moulds, operate machinery, and remove finished products.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of moulding equipment.

Ensure safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment when required.

Work closely with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a manufacturing or moulding environment is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Good physical fitness and stamina, capable of lifting, moving, and operating equipment (up to [insert weight]).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Benefits:
