We are recruiting for the role of Vehicle Parts Advisor on behalf of our client, a well-established franchise-approved commercial vehicle dealership located in Bicester, Oxfordshire. Benefits:
Salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Performance-related bonus of up to £3,000 annually.

Handling trade and retail customer enquiries both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
Accurately identifying and processing parts orders for dispatch.
Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Managing parts stock control and assisting vehicle technicians with parts supply.
Working as part of a friendly team under the supervision of the Parts Manager.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion of all parts transactions.
Ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as required.Requirements of a Parts Advisor:
Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Parts Advisor within a franchise-approved dealership.
Knowledge of automotive parts and experience dealing with both trade and retail customers.
Experience working with commercial vehicle parts is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in using electronic parts catalogue systems.
Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with stock control systems.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Charismatic communication skills, with confidence in face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions.
