Alliance Personnel are seeking a dedicated Spot Welder to join one of our manufacturing clients in CV37.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing precise spot welding operations to assemble metal components efficiently and accurately. This role is essential in ensuring the structural integrity and quality of fabricated products. Candidates with a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience in welding processes will thrive in this position.
Responsibilities

Operate spot welding equipment to join sheet metal and fabricated parts according to specifications

Set up and adjust welding machines to ensure optimal performance and weld quality

Inspect completed welds for consistency, strength, and adherence to safety standards

Use hand tools and power tools for preparing materials prior to welding

Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to assemble components accurately

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is properly maintained

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report any malfunctions promptly

Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 1pm
