We are looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join a prestigious automotive centre in central London. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, ensuring the reception and customer areas are maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The Role
Warmly welcome and greet customers and visitors
Provide a consistently high standard of customer service and hospitality
Offer refreshments and ensure customers are comfortable throughout their visit
Maintain the presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas
Keep the coffee station fully stocked, clean and presentable
Load and unload the dishwasher and maintain clean and tidy kitchen areas
Ensure all customer-facing areas are consistently presented to a high standard
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
Support the wider team with ad hoc reception and administrative duties

Must be flexible to work Saturdays
Professional, warm and naturally hospitable
Previous experience within hotel reception, luxury hospitality or another high-end customer-facing environment
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
Immaculately presented with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working to exceptionally high standards
Naturally proactive, with the ability to stay productive during quieter periods
Confident answering the telephone and handling basic reception duties
