Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Embroidery Machine / DTF Print Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating embroidery machines - Tajima to produce high-quality branded workwear. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and experience in sewing or warehouse environments to develop their skills within a dynamic and supportive workplace.

Duties

Set up and operate embroidery machines according to design specifications and production schedules
Load fabrics, stabilisers, and threads accurately to ensure precise stitching results
Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of embroidery equipment to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring all items meet quality requirements
Maintain organised workstations and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment or manufacturing setting preferred
Basic sewing skills or familiarity with textile handling is advantageous
Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products
Ability to operate embroidery machinery safely and efficiently
Organised, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving production processes
