This is an exciting chance to join a busy and expanding Conveyancing team working for our client, a well established firm of solicitors based in Rotherham.

This role is Office based with 1 Working from Home day for title checks and focus work. Location Rotherham Office Competitive Salary Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (Full Time)

Overview of the role:

Residential:

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and leasehold matters
Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
Ensuring all files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism

Commercial:

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
Commercial freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
Lease renewals, assignments and variations
Acting for landlords and tenants
Commercial property refinancing
Dealing with lenders, agents, solicitors and other third parties
Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion
Maintaining excellent client relationships and providing regular updates
Supporting the continued growth of the firm's commercial property department
