Hybrid & Flexible Working
My client is a friendly, progressive law firm experiencing continued growth, and they are looking to welcome an experienced and compassionate Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, with the chance to manage your own caseload, develop strong client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the Private Client department.
You will handle a broad range of private client matters, including:
Wills and estate planning
Estate administration and Probate
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Court of Protection applications
Trusts and taxable estates
Advising clients on wider estate planning matters
The role would suit a qualified Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2-3 years' PQE, although candidates with significantly more experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
This is a senior opportunity with the potential to take on management responsibilities, working closely with and reporting directly to the Head of Department.
My client offers a genuinely supportive and approachable working environment, alongside the flexibility to work from home following probation, depending on experience and individual circumstances. There is also flexibility around working hours for the right person.
What's on offer?
Salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience
Hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Friendly, supportive and collaborative team
Five weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
Additional day off for your birthday
Christmas office closure, without using annual leave
Clear progression and development opportunities
Healthcare cash plan and wellbeing initiatives
Regular social events, including summer and Christmas celebrations
This is a great opportunity to join a growing firm where your experience, ideas and contribution will be genuinely valued.
