Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Salary: £27,150.03 per annum + Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
No weekends!
Looking for a sales role where you can build relationships, develop your skills and be part of a growing business?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Advisor who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, fast-paced team where no two days are the same!
No previous recycling industry experience? No problem! Full training will be provided.
What will you be doing?

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Handling incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email.

Preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities.

Proactively contacting customers to identify opportunities to upsell and generate new business.

Supporting outbound sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Processing customer orders and coordinating collection arrangements.

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

Maintaining accurate customer records and managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems.

Working towards sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
What are we looking for?

A minimum of 12 months' experience in customer service, sales support or administration.

A confident and friendly telephone manner.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive approach to sales and identifying new opportunities.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

The ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
Previous experience within recycling or waste management would be advantageous but is not essential.
