Duties of a Bodyshop Controller / Manager:

Lead the daily operations of a high-volume repair workshop
-
Drive workshop productivity, efficiency, and quality standards

Support and manage the Workshop and departmental supervisors
-
Oversee workflow to ensure smooth progression through all repair stages

Motivate, develop, and manage the performance of workshop staffl

Ensure timely completion of repairs and fulfilment of customer commitments

Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and ongoing enhancement
Requirements of a Bodyshop Controller / Manager:

Previous management experience within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment or someone looking to step up

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
-
Proven ability to improve workshop efficiency and productivity

Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods and processes
-
Ability to make confident decisions and solve problems under pressure

Passion for delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service
-
ATA accreditation or experience in a manufacturer-approved repair centre is advantageous but not essential
Must have the right to work in the Uk as no sponsorship is available for this role.
Will also need a full uk driving licence
