Early Years Educator
Overview
We are seeking a Early Years Educator to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support the development and well-being of young children within a nurturing and safe environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, fostering positive interactions, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met.

Duties and Responsiblities include,

Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Assist in supervising children during playtime, mealtimes, naps, and outdoor activities to ensure their safety at all times.

Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging independence, curiosity, and confidence.

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences.

Support management in implementing early childhood education best practices and curriculum planning.

Contribute to the management of daily routines and assist with administrative tasks related to childcare documentation.

Requirements
-
Childcare qualifications or certifications preferred (e.g., CACHE, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare). Or BA in Early Years Education from Uk or Overseas. Or QTS, Montessori Teaching Qualification.
