Recruitment Coordinator – The Role:
As more of our clients move from standard advertised roles into proactive, search-style recruitment, we're creating a new role to support that growth. You'll split your time between hands-on recruitment delivery and supporting our account management team, giving you exposure to both sides of how we win and deliver work.
Recruitment Coordinator - What You'll Do
On the recruitment delivery side, you'll:

Source, longlist and screen candidates for proactive recruitment assignments alongside our recruiter

Keep candidate pipelines and our ATS up to date throughout each assignment

Manage candidate outreach, scheduling and communication, so our recruiter can focus on qualifying and closing
On the account support side, you'll:
Recruitment Coordinator - What We're Looking For:

Comfortable picking up the phone and building rapport quickly with people

Clear, professional written and verbal communication, some of your work will be client-facing

A proactive streak: happy to flag an opportunity or a problem rather than wait to be asked

Comfortable managing more than one type of work at once, without losing attention to detail
