The Opportunity
As a Consultant, you’ll take a leading role in the delivery of client engagements, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting the development of both clients and the wider team.
Key responsibilities will include:

Leading client engagements across multiple workstreams

Managing client interactions and coordinating project analysis

Developing and delivering high-quality, client-ready reports and presentations

Drafting proposals and supporting business development activity

Managing, coaching and mentoring junior team members
-
Supporting senior leaders with existing client and advisor relationships

Developing new client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives

Supporting the continued growth of the firm through recruitment and knowledge development
What we’re looking for

Around 3 years’ professional experience, including experience with a leading management consulting firm

Proven experience across buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence and strategy projects
-
Ideally, experience within healthcare, pharma, life sciences or MedTech
-
Strong problem-solving, project management and analytical skills
-
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable visualisations

Strong client relationship management skills
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Confidence presenting to and engaging with senior clients
-
A collaborative, team-oriented approach
-
French, German, Spanish or Italian language skills would be advantageous
