OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT

OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
Overseeing daily office operations, ensuring an efficient, organised and professional working environment
Managing front-of-house operations, including supervision of the Receptionist and stakeholder engagement
Acting as the primary liaison with building management, suppliers and service providers to support office operations and compliance
Developing and maintaining administrative, operational and health and safety policies, procedures and records
Managing office budgets, expenditure, invoices and expense processing
Providing executive support to the COO, including diary management, meeting coordination and administrative assistance
Organising internal events, social initiatives and operational meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking
Maintaining confidential records, managing filing systems and supporting workforce administration, including absence monitoring and approvals OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
2 years' experience working in administration
Demonstrating strong organisational skills and close attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
Utilising Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Building and maintaining positive working relationships through initiative and effective communication
Demonstrating excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills across all levels OFFICE COORDINATOR AND PERSONAL ASSISTANT BENEFITS:
