£12.77 per hour
Monday – Friday - 7:30am – 5:30pm
47.5 hours per week, overtime available
Temporary with potential to be made permanent after 12 successful weeks

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and supportive team based in Northampton. This is initially a temporary position with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity, making it ideal for someone looking to prove themselves and secure a permanent role with a successful business.
This is a small, close-knit team where personality, reliability and a strong work ethic are just as important as previous warehouse experience. While around one year's warehouse experience would be advantageous, full training can be provided for the right person.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
Packing orders ready for dispatch
Working as part of a small and friendly warehouse team
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Learning and supporting other areas of the operation as required
Receiving full training to become multi-skilled across the business, including opportunities to learn aspects of the embroidery operation
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous warehouse experience, ideally around one year, although training will be provided for the right candidate
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Is reliable, punctual and committed to their role
Works well as part of a small team
Is happy to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
Has good English communication skills
Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail
