Are you an experienced Administrator with knowledge of Sage Accounts? We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a successful manufacturing company.
Reporting directly to the Office Manager and working closely with both the Administration and Production teams, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the Sales Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to develop their career within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing despatch administration and documentation
Raising invoices and maintaining accurate records
Preparing estimates and quotations for standard products
Liaising with existing customers and suppliers
Communicating with production teams regarding materials, scheduling, expediting and despatch
Arranging and booking courier services
Providing administrative support and cover for other office staff when required
Using Sage Accounts as part of daily duties
Assisting with material planning using CIM50 following a training period, including purchasing materials and issuing materials to the shop floorThe successful candidate will have:
A good level of Mathematics and English skills
Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
Previous experience within an office-based administration role
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience working alongside production or manufacturing teams
A working knowledge of Sage Accounts or a similar accounting/ERP system
