Location: Braintree, Essex
Salary: £28,000 per annum + commission
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and organised Outbound Telesales Coordinator to come and join our growing Business Development team, working for one of the largest UK Facilities Management companies.
You’ll play a key role in generating new business and developing relationships with prospective customers through proactive outbound calling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, is confident on the phone and thrives in a target-driven environment.
As an Outbound Telesales Coordinator, you will:
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate qualified leads, providing a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction.
• Arrange appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records on our CRM system.
• Work towards agreed call, lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate closely with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities.
As an Outbound Telesales Coordinator, you will have the following expertise and attributes:
• Confident, friendly and professional on the telephone.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Persuasive without being pushy, with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated by targets and achieving results.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
• A good listener who can quickly understand customer requirements.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Positive, resilient and able to handle objections professionally.
