The client is seeking a proven HR or Talent Administrator, with experience gained in a fast-paced, commercial setting.
Please note, this is a full-time, office-based, temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start; lengthy notice periods cannot be accommodated.
Temporary Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Managing and scheduling a high volume of interviews with candidates to ensure a smooth workflow
Greeting candidates upon arrival for interviews and performing right to work checks
Assisting with diary management for senior leaders
Supporting the talent team with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes
Coordinating interview logistics across multiple time zones as required
Maintaining accurate records in HRIS (Workable), Outlook, and internal databases
Providing excellent candidate care and communication throughout the recruitment process
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations
Temporary Recruitment Administrator Rewards
40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:30 with a one-hour unpaid lunch break

Temporary Recruitment Administrator Experience Essentials
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or talent administration within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and MS Teams
Experience using Workable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations relating to UK recruitment
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
An approachable, collaborative attitude with a problem-solving mindset
