Following a period of organisational change, the company is investing heavily in its people agenda, creating an opportunity for an experienced Talent professional to play a key role in shaping talent, succession and performance practices across the organisation. You will join a collaborative and forward-thinking People team, working closely with senior stakeholders to help build the leadership and organisational capability needed for long-term success.
Your new role
As Interim Talent Partner (maternity cover), you will play a key role within the People function, helping to shape and embed a global approach to talent, succession planning and performance management.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you will design and implement frameworks that strengthen organisational capability, support leadership development and build sustainable talent pipelines. You will contribute to the development of a consistent talent infrastructure that enables business performance and supports future growth.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing talent management and succession planning frameworks across the organisation.
Identifying critical roles, capability gaps and succession priorities.
Facilitating talent review processes and supporting strategic workforce planning.
Supporting the design and implementation of performance management frameworks.
Partnering with business leaders to enhance talent assessment and performance differentiation.
Driving alignment between performance, development and reward outcomes.
Supporting the implementation and optimisation of talent management technology platforms.
Designing and delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives.
Providing expert advice and guidance on talent, development and organisational effectiveness matters.
Leading talent-related projects and change initiatives as part of the wider People strategy.
Developing governance processes, reporting frameworks and talent metrics to measure effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will bring significant experience within talent management, leadership development and organisational capability gained in complex, international and matrixed environments.
You will demonstrate:
Proven experience designing and implementing talent and succession planning frameworks.
Experience supporting or leading performance management transformation programmes.
A strong track record of delivering leadership development and organisational capability initiatives.
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes through talent strategies.
The ability to influence, challenge and coach senior leaders effectively.
Outstanding facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong strategic thinking combined with a practical, delivery-focused approach.
Excellent programme and project management capabilities.
Experience using talent and performance management systems, ideally SuccessFactors.
The ability to utilise workforce and talent analytics to support decision-making.You will also be resilient, adaptable and comfortable operating within a changing environment, with a strong focus on building trusted relationships and delivering results.
