Finance Business Partner £60,000 – £70,000 | London | Permanent
Insight Select is partnering with an established and growing organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner into its Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to take the next step in their career and move into a highly commercial, business-facing role.
Working closely with the Head of Finance and senior stakeholders across the organisation, you will provide high-quality financial analysis, modelling and commercial insight, helping the business make informed strategic and operational decisions. You will also have responsibility for managing and developing a Finance Analyst.
Key responsibilities will include:
Partnering with senior stakeholders and budget holders, providing commercial financial advice and insight
Developing financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Producing and improving management reporting, dashboards and KPIs
Analysing business performance and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
Leading budgeting and supporting quarterly forecasting
Providing variance analysis and commentary against budgets and forecasts
Using data to improve financial visibility and support commercial decision-making
Supporting wider strategic projects, investments and new initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve FP&A, reporting and finance processes
Managing and developing one direct reportThe successful candidate will ideally have:
A recognised accounting qualification – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
Approximately 1–2 years' post-qualified experience
Ideally at least one year within an industry/commercial environment
Strong financial analysis and modelling capability
Excellent numerical and Excel skills with confidence working with large datasets
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn financial information into meaningful business insight
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
