Licences to assign
Licences for alterations
Refinancing
Landlord and tenant matters
Property portfolio management

Exchange and completion procedures
You will provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients, manage transactions efficiently and proactively resolve issues throughout the conveyancing process.
The role also requires a strong understanding of AML requirements, SRA regulations and general compliance obligations relevant to property practice.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
A solicitor admitted with the SRA in England and Wales
Ideally 3–5 years' PQE
Experienced in residential conveyancing
Technically confident across the property transaction process
Interested in developing or expanding their commercial property experience
Comfortable managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
Confident dealing directly with clients
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
A proactive problem-solver with a commercial approach
Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities effectively
Committed to delivering a high standard of client service
Experience with conveyancing and case management systems would be advantageous.
The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to join a growing property team where you will have real responsibility from day one, while still having access to experienced colleagues for support and development.
