Job Title: CNC Machinist

Pay Rate: £15 per hour
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join a leading manufacturing company based in Solihull. You will be responsible for operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-precision components to exact specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensure all components meet strict quality standards and tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and checks on machines.
Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed.
Work collaboratively with the engineering and quality teams to resolve any issues.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.Requirements
Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a precision engineering environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
